In some rare cases ASA-AMOffice can't show PDF forms or document full-text. The reason is mostly a program file of ASA-AMOffice, which is not longer known by the Windows operating system.
Exception Messages like "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154): Class not registered" will be shown.
To fix this problem, please see the file in the attachment of this FAQ which has to be executed on your computer.
Please do the following steps:
- Close ASA-AMOffice
- Download the "PDFX.bat" from this FAQ
- Execute the file on your computer by using administration rights (Right click on the file and "execute as administrator").
- Start ASA-AMOffice again and check if the documents and PDF forms are shown again.
