How do I create an aircraft?

ASA-AMOffice© provides 3 possible ways to create a new aircraft. All 3 will be explained briefly in the following.

First, click on 'Aircraft' under the category 'Master data' in the navigation on the left, then click 'New' to create a new aircraft. A window will open up, where you can choose one of three ways to do so. 'Collect aircraft date with the help of this wizard', 'Take over aircraft data from an existing aircraft' and 'Enter date directly in the input mask'.

Collect aircraft date with the help of this wizard

First, an input mask will open up. Here you have to input the registration, the device, the serial number, the year of construction and the number of engines.

The model, the TCDS number, the TCDS revision and the manufacturer will be set automatically when a device is chosen.

In the next window you have to set up your engines and propellers. Here you'll need the device, the serial number and the year of construction.

After that, the standard input mask opens up, in which you can edit the aircraft's data.

After that you can choose wether all, or only certain positions should be copied.

After that, the standard input mask opens up, in which you can edit the aircraft's data.
