Sporadically the ASA-AMOffice© program remains in the taskbar. ASA-AMOffice© cannot be maximized again (the Taskbar is the bottom bar on the screen that shows running programs).
To resolve this problem, proceed as follows:
- Get the ASA-AMOffice© back to the screen.
To do this, start the Task Manager (perform a right click on the taskbar and select "Start Task Manager"). In the "Applications" tab, select the ASA-AMOffice© program. Now select "Maximize" with the right mouse button. The program should reappear on the screen.
- Reset the ASA-AMOffice© the window settings.
Now the old window settings have to be reset. Therefore move the mouse to the right top edge and look for the "Reset Window" button. Click this button and ASA-AMOffice should work properly again.
