If it is necessary for you, that ASA-AMOffice© connect through a proxy server, you must configure the proxy server in the Server Management Tool.
Please start the ASA-AMOffice© Server Management Tool. If you can't find it on your desktop, you'll get there in the windows start menu under All Programs -> ASA Datec Datensysteme -> Management.
Please enter the IP or the domain of your proxy server. This could look like "127.0.0.1" or "Proxyserver1.local". If you don't have this information, please contact your admin.
Please enter the port of your proxy server. A port is usually a 4-letter code (e.g. "8080", "8123" or "1450"). If you don't have this information, please contact your admin.
Username and Password
If your proxy server requires a username and a password, you have to enter them in the according fields. If that isn't the case you can just leave the fields blank.
Make sure that the address "https://webservice.asadatec.de" and the port "443" are unlocked in the firewall of the proxy server
