I can't login to AMOffice©

If you can't login to ASA-AMOffice©, there could be different causes


If the error says: "A connection to the ASA-AMOffice© service could not be established"

  • Start the ASA-AMOffice© Server Management Tool
  • Check in the tab Server settings whether the service was started
    • If the service is running, 'Start service...' is greyed out
  • If it isn't running, start it by clicking 'Start service...'
  • Try again to login

If the error says: "Login failed: Wrong username or password"

  • Start the ASA-AMOffice© Server Management Tool
  • Check in the tab Database whether the database service was started
    • If the service is running, 'Start database service...' is greyed out
  • If it isn't runing, start it by clicking on 'Start database service...'
  • Try again to login
