We recommend using a PostgreSQL server instead of Microsoft SQL Server. This is not limited either in the size of the database or in the use of resources (RAM / processor cores).

Please note that we will stop supporting Microsoft SQL Server from AMOffice version 1.6.7!

To install PostgreSQL Server and then copy the existing database to PostgreSQL, start migrating the database in the AMOffice Server Tool:

The wizard will then guide you through the next steps.

Please note that you will then have to uninstall the existing MS SQL Server manually if you no longer need it for other applications. Further information can be found in the AMOffice manual, section Server Management.
