AMOffice supports installation via the command line. To display the available parameters, start the command line by entering cmd in the Windows search. Then enter the following command in the command line:

C:\path\to\exe\AMOSetup_1.x.x.exe /?

To install AMOffice as a client, start the command line as administrator and use the following command:

C:\path\to\exe\AMOSetup_1.x.x.exe /sp /silent /type=client /lang=en

You can select either client, server or single as the type.
